I’m going to take a guess that it is at the Ingalls Homestead. I haven’t been there in a few years, but I do remember they have alot of activities for children.
Okay, I know this one too, but maybe I should give someone else a chance. But there’s a picture of my son at this same pump, taken from the outside through the hole in the wall through which the trough extends, in one of Barb Hawkins books.
It’s the pump house at the Wilder farm in upstae New York, I believe.
